To draw more interest, it was decided that provided catering would be a great idea since this will target more people and create a great festive day out. The menu needed to be something suitable for 170 guests, while still being efficient to serve and eat on the go. For ease, the meal will be served on disposable crockery to allow guests to browse the fair while they eat.
After discussing our menu options, we decided that a simplified festive menu would be the most suitable choice since it is ideal for Christmas events! The menu will include whole-roasted turkey, expertly carved and served in fresh bread rolls. Our turkey is cooked to perfection to ensure that the meat is full of flavour and natural juices, avoiding the common issue of dry cooked turkey! This will create a delicious light lunch for guests to enjoy at the fair while taking a look at the festive crafts and stalls.
