As the sun beamed down, our team fired up the grill, filling the air with the irresistible aroma of roasting pork. Once cooked to perfection, we served the meat on gluten-free and wholemeal buns, topped with sensational sage and onion stuffing, and the crispiest crackling you can imagine! And let’s not forget the sweet applesauce that brought these iconic flavours together in perfect harmony.
For the veggie and vegans in attendance, Hog Roast Kingston upon Hull had prepared BBQ-pulled jackfruit rolls, dressed up in a zesty plant-based slaw that was so good, you’d never miss the meat! Paired with fresh salads, mixed fries, and a refreshing drink, guests had a feast fit for royalty.
