Hog Roast Levendale did what they do best last Saturday and helped clever-clogs Danny to celebrate his graduation and securing a job at a top law firm. Sixty of his friends and family came together to celebrate Danny on his amazing achievements, enjoy each other’s company and eat tasty food!
Danny’s Mum Helen surprised him with Hog Roast Levendale’s Southern Slow menu. Three super succulent meats slow cooked for 24hrs, with three flavourful sides. Helen thought that Danny would particularly enjoy the juicy and sweet BBQ pulled pork, with a bit of a kick, Cajun-spiced chicken and the sticky sweet BBQ pork ribs. To accompany these dishes, Helen chose the super delicious Mac and cheese, crunchy and colourful homemade coleslaw and sweet potato fries which are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside! The menu is inspired by American cuisine and was a great hit with everyone.
Just as the 7pm serve time arrived the heavens opened, and the downpour began. Nevertheless, come rain or shine Hog Roast Levendale will deliver a superb service with friendly staff and scrumptious food. Being prepared and knowing if the potential miserable weather, the Hog Roast Levendale team had set up with two gazebos with side and backs for protection from the rain. The two gazebos ensured space for the guests to fit underneath so that they were never queuing in the rain. The team had recommended the set-up location so that the guests would be outside for mere seconds between the gazebo and venue.
