Whether you’re dreaming of a hog roast centrepiece made into pigs in buns or plated meals together with seasonal vegetables, potatoes and onion gravy or fresh salads, and always with crackling and our homemade apple sauce and stuffing, or if you’d prefer a different meat instead, like a whole English lamb studded with rosemary and garlic and accompanied by Yorkshire puddings and mint sauce, just let us know and we’ll make you proud on the day. We can instead serve up whole, roasted, free-range chickens that are rubbed with sea salt and thyme and come with chipolata sausages and stuffing, or slow-roasted turkeys with sage butter, cranberry sauce and stuffing, or how about roasted sirloin of English beef that’s brushed with mustard and accompanied by Yorkshires and a rich red wine gravy.
If you’d like to add courses, our Hog Roast Beverley team can welcome your guests with handmade canapés, such as chicken liver parfait, mini fish and chips, smoked Scottish salmon, roasted halloumi and tomato crostini and mini pizzas, and our starters include such delights as roasted duck breast (served pink) with seasonal leaves and an orange and pomegranate dressing or heritage tomato and beetroot carpaccio, featuring buffalo mozzarella, salad leaves, cracked black pepper and a balsamic reduction. We also have plenty of homemade desserts to whet your appetite, like individual cheesecakes, tarte au citron, profiteroles and sticky toffee pudding.
