Over the weekend, Hog Roast Snaith had the honour of contributing to one such love-filled tale, as we celebrated the union of Christie and Andy at a remote venue nestled amidst acres of panoramic landscapes, and framed by wild woodlands.
The charming couple exchanged vows in a converted, stylish barn, surrounded by 100 guests who shared in their joy. The rustic yet elegant setting provided the perfect ambience for the start of their journey as a married couple. After the heartfelt ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests made their way to the dining area, where Hog Roast Snaith awaited them with a feast designed to impress.
Our Southern Slow Roast Menu proved to be the ideal culinary choice for this character-filled wedding, offering a delicious array of dishes to satisfy every palate.
Guests were treated to tender BBQ pork butt, Cajun-spiced whole roast chickens, fall-off-the-bone Louisiana sticky pork ribs, and BBQ pulled jackfruit, all presented in chafing dishes for a delightful self-serving experience.
Accompanying these aromatic mains were sides that included a refreshing Greek salad, comforting mac and cheese, and a zesty Memphis-style crunchy coleslaw. To ensure everyone could enjoy the feast, baskets of gluten-free rolls and wraps were also served.
The presentation of the food was nothing short of spectacular, but it was the incredible flavours that truly stole the show. The well-seasoned and juicy meats drew compliments from the guests, and the delectable sides had everyone reaching for seconds. As the meal concluded, the air buzzed with joy, and the guests were ready to dance the night away.
